Thank you for shopping with TJ Picture Framing! We take great care in preparing and packaging your custom frames, prints, and artwork so they arrive safely.

1. Processing & Creation Time

Standard/Pre-Made Items: Orders for pre-made frames or giftware are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Custom Framing & Canvas Prints: Custom orders and in-house printed canvases require extra care and take 1 to 2 weeks to create before they are ready for shipping or local delivery.

2. Local Delivery & Pickup (Mackay Region)

Local Delivery: We offer local delivery and professional picture hanging services within the Mackay area. Rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
In-Store Pickup: Free local pickup is available from our Mackay location. We will text or email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship our standard-size frames, prints, and selected items Australia-wide via trusted domestic carriers.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your fragile artwork.
Transit Times: Once processed and dispatched, standard domestic delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in Australia.

4. Fragile Items & Packaging

All glass, frames, and canvases are securely packed using protective, heavy-duty materials to prevent damage during transit.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damage, and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
